Kudo Kazuto
Working adult. 21 years old. Ordinary person. Basic specs are barely average. Height is 177cm.
He is a background character with no special features.
Due to working at a black company previously, his eyesight is bad and he always looks tired. He is secretly worried that this makes him look older than he really is.
He normally wears a suit. After the world changed, he prioritized ease of movement and wore a T-shirt, jeans, and a plain hoodie.
On his way home from work, he accidentally ran over a monster and gained the unique skill “Precocious”.
His main tactics are free fall with an item box and assassination by killing signs.
However, because many of his enemies are too dangerous, he often fights by standing in the line of fire. There’s no way a ninja would not be hiding in the first place.
In fact, the reason why there are so many resistance skills in the list of initially acquired skills is because of Nijo’s efforts to make it a fact that he was a company employee. (However, he failed in all of his attempts, and Kazuto didn’t even notice.)

Ichinose Natsu
Unemployed (former high school student). 17 years old. An unconscious yandere. She is about 165cm tall. Her breasts are like a maiden in the wilderness.
She is a high school dropout and a shut-in, but she is an extraordinary girl who can do most things without much effort.
After the world changed, she didn’t think this was real and chose to become a [shut-in], which is an additional job. However, thanks to this, she acquired the skill [Gacha] and luckily succeeded in getting the [Sniper Set]. By the way, her gun skills are not a skill, but her own talent. This girl is amazing.
She used to be a cheerful and talkative character, but after going through a combo of bullying, truancy, and becoming a shut-in, she has changed into a shy person.
Because of this, she became uncommunicative, but thanks to Kazuto and Rikka, she is now slowly turning back to her normal self.
She is trying her best to call Kazuto by his first name, but since both of them are shy, it is difficult to make any progress.
Hobbies include playing net games, surfing the net, and watching anime.
Her favorite foods are ramen and curry.

In the book and comicalization version, her breasts have been slightly revised along with the additions. I really did that in the end.
Momo
Shiba Inu. Female. 3 years old.
A stray dog that used to live near Kazuto’s apartment. Provides healing for Kazuto and comfort to the readers.
Even before the world changed, she was quite smart, and was very attentive, even for a stray dog, so as not to cause trouble for Kazuto.
After the world changed, she killed monsters on her way to Kazuto and ingested magic stones. She gained the unique skill of [Resonance].
She is a versatile character who can play both attack and support, with skills such as manipulating shadows and shouting.
Her favorite things are Kazuto, naps, and expensive dog food.
Her current race is the [Dark Dog].
She’s so popular that she’s probably going to overtake the main character as the most popular Shiba Inu in a popularity poll.
Aka
Slime. Gender unknown. Age is about 10 years old in human terms. Does not say “Aruji”.
Red in color. When it shakes, bubbles form inside his body. The more emotional it gets, the more bubbles are formed.
Their normal size is about the size of a basketball, but they can increase their number by splitting, and they can also expand their body by becoming huge.
It was discovered by Kazuto when it was scavenging at a garbage dump, and with Momo’s recommendation, it became one of them.
It is a mimic who can change its body and has the skill to absorb shocks, making it a complete defensive specialist.
To be honest, without him, Kazuto would have died many times.
Aka’s favorite things are Kazuto, peaches, clean water, and clay pots.

Her body hair is yellow, almost golden. Well, it’s almost exactly what you’d expect if you made the FF thing yellow.
The main character rescued her when she was trapped by a spider monster, and she became his friend.
She has a red gem embedded in her forehead, which glows red when she uses support or reflection magic.
She is a support specialist who can use a variety of skills, such as [Reflection], [Status Enhancement], [Weakening], and [Detection].
She likes Kazuto, Momo, Aka, and Momo.
Dislikes cigarette smoke and smelly things.

Kyoya Nishino
High school student. 17 years old. He is 180cm tall. Good-looking.
He looks like a delinquent, but he has a charisma that attracts people.
He has a spirit that allows him to sacrifice others for the sake of himself and his friends. However, this is also because he is able to draw a line between others and his friends, and is a reliable leader for his friends.
He is ruthless, but not heartless. Are you really in high school?
Originally, he was a brilliant student who was called a genius, but after entering high school, he had a falling out with his parents and became a delinquent.
After the world changed, he and his friends were holed up in a home improvement center, gathering information, but they were separated by a high orc attack. Ichinose’s best friend. She was originally a beautiful, artsy girl with black hair and glasses, but after making her high school debut, she took on her current appearance. Her personality is bright and lively.
When she entered high school, she and Ichinose were separated into different classes, which delayed her realization of the bullying and caused her to lose her best friend. This causes her to become depressed, but on the surface she tries to be cheerful.
However, Nishino and Ohno find out that she is pushing herself too hard, and this leads her to join their group. Her guard against the opposite sex is loose, and she is often asked, “Huh? Could it be that she likes me?” She often gets misunderstood. It seems that her dream is to become a wife. That’s why people misunderstand her.
After the change of world, she became a mainstay of the Nishino group.
In the midst of the chaos at school, she was finally able to reunite with Ichinose.
After the Peony battle, she evolved into an [ogre]. During battle, her skin turns reddish brown and a glowing horn grows on her forehead.

Nishino’s friend. A delinquent.

Keita Ohno
Nishino’s second friend.
He’s an otaku with a taste for anime and manga, but even with that, he’s just an ordinary mob student.
He is always frightened and is always looking at the people around him. As a result, he is good at discerning the subtleties of others.
After getting separated from Nishino and the others, he stabbed his friends to death in a dispute. Mentally trapped, he ingests a magical stone and mutates into a monster. In doing so, he gains the unique skill [Envy].
After the war, he is finally reunited with Nishino and the others, but he closes his heart and is put under house arrest in Kazuto’s [shadow].
However, even from within the shadow, he is able to grasp information from the outside, and one thing leads to another, and he decides to stand up for Nishino and the others. He has grown mentally as well.

Goshogawara Hachiro
Nishino’s third friend.
A small, fat man, 58 years old. President of a lumber mill.
He is one of the refugees who gathered at the home center. At first, he can’t fight the monsters and is only a liability, but he gradually accepts the situation and decides to fight them.
His weapon is a log.
He is one of the characters with the most personality in the story.
He has a wife and a daughter, and he is a loving husband and a caring father.
In the battle against Pheonix, he fought as the main force of the Nishino Group, using a flexible log as a weapon.
His hobby is shopping with his family.
His favorite food is his wife’s and daughter’s home cooking.
His occupation is [adventurer].
Toka Igarashi
The student council president at the high school where Nishino, Rikka, and the others used to study. 17 years old.
She is 17 years old and has long black hair.
She has a beautiful figure and a great style, and is a true Yamato Nadeshiko (Japanese girl), but inside she’s completely black.
She has the skill of [Enchantment], and her power was growing at the school, but it was destroyed by Kuzuki and Dark Wolf.
After that, she lived with her brother and sister in the city hall.
She is Soichiro Fujita’s daughter, but since her parents are divorced, she uses her mother’s surname. According to her, he is a ‘bastard’ of a father.
Her hobby is watching people.
Her favorite foods are ramen and pasta.
Her current occupations are [student council president], [summoner], [wizard], and [leader].
Shiori Igarashi
Twin brothers and sisters of Juka Igarashi. 10 years old.
Both of them have the occupation of [wizard], the younger one can create fire and the older one can create rock.
Both of them are very good at fighting, but they are physically weak.
The older brother does not know how to communicate and the younger sister is not very smart. It’s fatal that they can’t make up for each other’s deficiencies.

Sayaka Kuzuki
A high school student who studied at the same place as Nishino, Rikka and the others. 16 years old.
An ordinary-looking girl who can be found anywhere. After the world changed, she was protected in the school with other students.
However, this is only her public face, and her true nature is cruel and brutal. She understands that her true self is unsuitable for society, and has been pretending to be something she is not, but now that the world has changed, her true nature is revealed.
His profession is [Demon Master]. She has been stealing monsters from the public eye, but one of the monsters she tamed accidentally defeated Named, giving him a unique skill called [Job Enhancement].
The combination of the unique skill and the occupation is the worst, and she has been increasing her resources one after another, building up her strength.
With Dark Wolf in tow, I was about to destroy the school and level up when I collided with Kazuto and his team.

He is a man of action, leadership, observation, and negotiation skills, but he is also a man of hardship who draws the short straw. He divorced for various reasons, but he still loves his wife and daughter.
His hobby is carpentry.
His favorite food is coffee.
His occupation is [Axe-man].
Yuna Shimizu
28 years old, looking for a boyfriend to support her.
Working adult. The protagonist’s former boss. She is called Chief Shimizu.
A secretary-like woman. She has a good figure and is reputed to be beautiful even without makeup. She was like a Madonna in the company. (However, the protagonist only sees her as a “boss who is strict with him.)
She is about 160cm tall. Her hair is long and tied back in a single strand.
She is quick-witted and is the leader of the team of the main character’s colleagues.
She is also very outspoken at the city hall and leads everyone together with Fujita.
She cares about the protagonist’s survival, but only as a colleague. Unlike Kamome, she has no romantic feelings for him.
Her cooking skills are atrocious, and she basically eats at convenience stores.
Her hobbies, or rather, her days off, are devoted to finding a marriage partner. Please marry me, someone!
Occupation: [Spearman]
Nijo Kamome
A member of society. Former colleague of the protagonist. 19 years old.
About 155cm tall. She is skinny and has a chopping board for chest. It is really like a chopping board.
She wears her short hair in a bun with hairpins.
She has no self-confidence and is always in a daze.
She has been in love with the protagonist since before the world was changed, but because she is not good at talking, everything she does and accomplishes seems to be spinning out of control. This is why she is misunderstood by the protagonist. The reason why she fell in love with him was because of her work.
She fell in love with him when he covered for her when she made a mistake at work. She’s a sweet girl.
She was about to become a stalker, but she had the decency to stay out of it – or so she thinks. In reality, she is almost out.
Her occupation is [Healer]. However, her level is low, and Shibata’s skills and [recovery medicine] are better, so she hasn’t had much luck.
The reason why Kazuto didn’t rely on her when he was injured is because his own recovery power is higher than her healing power. I pity her…….
Her hobby is Kazuto.
Her favorite food is sashimi.
Uesugi Kensei
A working man. The mayor of the town where Kazuto and his friends live. 68 years old.
He is a well-built old man, and is so energetic that he doesn’t seem to be aging at all.
He has been elected for the fourth term this year, and is trusted by the citizens for his dynamic appearance, comments, and his political skills. His fame and approval rating is said to be much higher than that of governors and inferior politicians.
After the world changed, he created a [safe zone] around the city hall where monsters can’t get in through [town planning].
His skills are pretty cool, but his physical specs are even better.
If he had acquired a different occupation for fighting instead of being a mayor, he would definitely have been a mainstay of Kazuto and his team.
His hobbies are Shogi and Go.
His favorite food is pickles.
Rufen
An extremely strong Orc. He loves to fight, and fighting is everything to him.
Unlike other Orcs, he has reddish-bronze skin and is about a size larger.
He is Kazuto’s trauma, and to be honest, he is not the strongest monster you will encounter in the beginning.
You can see how desperate the difference in strength was by comparing their status in episodes 53 and 190.
His race is [High Orcs].
Usually, the higher species of Orcs are called General Orcs, and he is the only one called High Orc. In other words, he is a unique individual.
He boasts unusual physical strength, but this also makes him more vulnerable than normal Orcs.
His weakness is water, but he has no problem with blood or mud, and he can even ingest water orally. In addition, orcs have acquired the tribal skills of [Deodorization] and [Disinfection], which means that they do not smell and their bodies are always clean.
Schwarz
His race is [Dark Wolf] -> [High Undead Dark Wolf].
Initially, he appears as the head of a pack of Shadow Wolves that are chasing Kazuto and his friends.
He fought a fierce battle with Kazuto and the others, but fell one step short and escaped. He was caught by Sayaka Kuzuki and made into a pawn.
Later, she appears at the school as a pawn of Kuzuki, but dies in the second battle with Kazuto and the others.
However, for some reason, he is resurrected and clashes with Kazuto and the others three times, overwhelming them.
When he was resurrected, he acquired the unique skill [Wolf King].
He continues to grow at a threatening rate, and is undoubtedly the strongest of all the monsters in the series.
Titan
Its race is the [Guardian Golem].
A giant rock golem about ten meters long.
Its arms are long, its legs are short, and its body is round.
Its mouth widens as if to split open from the center, and it preys on buildings and houses.
It suddenly appears out of the ground and attacks physically with overwhelming mass.
It attacks by hitting, punching, and throwing nearby objects.
In fact, the main body of the creature is usually hidden by mimicking a building, and it creates and manipulates its alter ego from the ground to fight. When the string that controls the [alter] is broken, it turns back into a rock.
It can manipulate up to five alter egos, but the more alter egos it creates, the weaker each one becomes, and the weaker its body becomes while it is manipulating them.

She leaves most of the fighting to her offspring, and only breeds underground, but when she is in danger, she shows off her power as a superior species.
In the story, when Rikka and his friends cornered her, she killed her own child and [evolved].
Due to the fact that she can gain experience even with her own children, if she had survived, she would have evolved into an untouchable being due to the large amount of experience she gained.
Phoenix
His race is the [Ancient Trent].
A long time ago, Trent was known as the [divine tree] in a certain forest, and brought blessings to the forest.
But for some reason, he lost the forest and despaired of the world. He acquired the unique skill [Violent Eclipse].
It is the largest in the series, about the same size as the Sky Tree.
He has nearly hundreds of skills due to her [Binge Eating], but most of them are dead skills because his thoughts are controlled by his appetite. Even so, it is more than strong enough.
His appetite is so overwhelming that he can eat up the entire population of a town in less than a month.

She is pregnant with a child, and in that state, she meets Kazuto and the others, and they engage in battle.
Later, thanks to Momo’s efforts, she fought together with Kazuto and the others and defeated Phoenix.

Shiro
Her race is the [White Dragon].
Sora’s child. Her gender is female.
She could speak just after being born, making her a very promising baby dragon.
She is very fond of Kazuto, whom she named herself after.
Her favorite foods are hay and candy balls.

An intelligent zombie without a name.
After the world changed, he attacked a nearby human by accident and gained the unique skill [Arrogance].
It is currently in the dark about many things.
Rebel Lebenherz
The head of the Lebenherz family, and the current [King of Death].
