Chapter 29 - Do Some Problems
A bunch of high school boys who were suffering from hangovers looked at each other in a daze, unable to react.
Dong MingEn ran a hand through his unruly hair and stupidly asked: “Boss, how come you stayed up all night? didn’t you drink?”
As soon as he said this, a loud crash was suddenly heard near the bathroom, scaring everyone.
They all looked towards the noise and saw that Gou XinDou had toppled a glass vase from a nearby side cabinet. Shaking, Gou XinDou felt his legs turn to jelly, and he ended up sitting on the ground.
The not-quite sober Gou XinDou exclaimed: “Where am I-ugh, headache...hurts...”
Everyone: “...” We all have headaches, who’s in the mood to listen to you!
But Dong MingEn kept on talking. He looked back towards Zheng PingQing and asked: “Boss, what did you do last night?”
Gou XinDou: !!!!
I already sacrificed myself to save your life. Why are you still trying to die!
Two people in the same room. They haven’t slept all night. One is fresh-faced, the other has huge eye bags. What else did they do!

Gou XinDou quivered as he looked towards Zheng PingQing. As expected, Zheng PingQing’s expression had sunk, and his mood had turned dark. He looked like he was moments away from exploding. Zheng PingQing smashed his fist against the doorframe, the noise making everyone’s eyelids jump.
Gou XinDou prayed for Dong MingEn, hoping that he could pass on in peace.

“I suddenly have the urge to study!” Zhou Daota yelled, feeling like he had been injected with chicken blood.
“I really didn’t think that Zheng PingQing would study so seriously. My impression of him has changed.” Jiang TingJun exclaimed, feeling touched.
Fu YiFei and Pan Qibo nodded in agreement.
“No wonder Ah Qian was willing to be good to him...” Xu Yao muttered, unwittingly discovering the reason for all of Zheng PingQing’s actions.
While everyone was praising Zheng PingQing, Gou XinDou: “....”

Upstairs, a frightened and sober Gou XinDou who was collecting his things so he could leave: “....”

A choked-up Gou XinDou silently threw his bag back on the ground. He then dropped himself on the bed and fell back asleep, wanting to leave his troubles to the future him.
After a while, Lin Qian came back into Zheng PingQing’s room with two glasses of water.
Lin Qian put the two glasses on the bedside table and said: “Come on, I’ll give you a chance. Here are two glasses of water. If you drink the one with salt in it, I’ll sleep with you for a while.”

In Chapter 26, it was mentioned that the first gift ZPQ ever gave to LQ in their last life was a pair of watches, but on Chapter 27, it said that LQ bought them. I mistranslated that part in Chapter 26! LQ was the one who bought the watches in their last life. Definitely. Triple checked.
Basically:
In their last life, LQ bought the watches and gave ZPQ the men’s watch to wear. This time around, ZPQ bought the same pair of watches and gave the men’s watch to LQ.
