For a long time, Heinald encountered nothing as he made his way deeper into the Boiling Cauldron Valley.
He could hear the roars and hums rising from various parts of the huge valley, but he had not encountered a beast.
"Oh? There I see one over there..."
After walking for a long time, he saw a Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile a few hundred meters away, next to the lava flow.
"Ornament of Death! Come to me!" As Heinald cried out in his mind, the ring in his hand shone silver and turned into two swords.
He thought that this name would suit this Attack Type Magical Treasure he had recently obtained and gave it this name.
The twin swords began to drain the Dark Energy he had; Black flames appeared from the dancing island on their surface.
Although these fires did not radiate warmth, they were quite destructive.
He jumped over the twenty meter wide lava stream and crossed to the other side of the stream, running directly towards the crocodile.
When the Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile spotted Heinald running towards it, fierce fire rose from all three of its heads, and fireballs soon formed inside its mouths.
Fireballs from the mouth of the Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile began to move directly towards him.
As Heinald sprinted, he jumped with all his might and rose nearly thirty meters, dodging the fireballs with ease.
As he descended towards it, the crocodile shot out a wave of fire from its mid-head mouth.
Normally, crocodiles could not raise their heads. However, this damn thing was a Magical Beast. They were getting some changes in the evolutionary process.
With the black sword entirely made of Dark Energy held in his right hand, Heinald cut the wave of fire that came straight towards him.

When the black sword, which was a copy of the original sword, cut the fire wave in the middle, a black line formed in the middle of the fire wave.
The black fire had split the crocodile's wave of fire in half.
"Hua!" When Heinald landed at the bottom of the crocodile, he spun around with the silver sword in his left hand, making a swift move. When Heinald realized that the other two heads of the crocodile were going to attack towards him, he immediately cast the Ice-based spell. Since this spell was a Medium Rank spell and he had already mastered this spell, he could cast it in almost under a second.
A blast of freezing air blasted out of his body.
Since the Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile was so close to him, naturally this attack was enough to freeze it; however, this 'freezing' state only lasted about two seconds.
The thin layer of ice surrounding the Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile's body only lasted for two seconds.
However, this time was quite enough for Heinald, he managed to open the distance between it and him. The swords in his hand turned into a silver beam of light and again took the form of a ring.
When the crocodile broke through the thin layer of ice surrounding it, it started running towards him, but before it could reach him, he had finished casting the spell.
"Divine Chaos!" Heinald exclaimed.
An energy field formed around the Three Headed Inferno Crocodile. The giant crocodile immediately attacked its energy field and tried to break it with its teeth, but before it could do that, the lightning bolts that appeared above it were about to hit it.
*BAM* *BAM* *BOM* Fierce lightning streaks began to descend on the Three Headed Inferno Crocodile with full force. Each streak pierced the giant crocodile's body and damaged its internal organs.
"Wraah!" The Three-Headed Inferno Crocodile was howling in pain. Although its skin was quite solid, after all, this spell was a High Rank spell and had been cast by a Level 2 Ainsar.
After a hundred lightning streaks that landed on it, the giant crocodile sank tens of meters into the ground.
It had severe wounds in various parts of his body, which were reducing his stamina with each passing second.

The silver ring had taken the shape of a gigantic ax. This ax was surrounded by black flames.
Heinald gripped the ax in both hands and sprinted towards the crocodile with full speed and jumped towards it. He swung the ax in his hand from top to bottom with all his might.
*Crack!* There was a sharp cracking sound. The layer of ice broke into thousands of pieces and was thrown in all directions.
The Three Headed Inferno Crocodile's body was crushed by his violent thrust. When the ax landed on its body, black flames spread all over it, completely destroying its defense.
"Wragh!" The Three Headed Inferno Crocodile cried out in pain, as most of its body was destroyed by the help of the black flames and the fierce ax blow.
After Heinald made his move, he stepped back and began to observe it. Soon, the giant crocodile collapsed and died.
He stored his blood and removed its organs. This crocodile's organs would be exploited by the Phoenix spirit inside one of his rings.
After walking around the valley for half a month, Heinald found four more Three-Headed Inferno Crocodiles and killed them. He had killed each of these crocodiles in a similar way. The new attack-type treasure he obtained had really increased his combat power quite a bit.
He had managed to reach the middle of that valley within half a month's time. Moreover, the Blood Nightmare Shield's energy was completely filled again.
His goal now was to find the Hellfire Nightmare Snake and take its head back to the academy.
Heinald began to observe and track around the valley. He concealed his energy and managed to escape the attention of many monsters. He could kill all the monsters he encountered, but he did not want to just waste his Magical Energy in such a dangerous area.
That would be a pretty illogical move.
After days of tracking and observing, Heinald found the Hellfire Nightmare Snake's lair.
It lived in a hollow in one of the huge hills in that valley.
He could easily observe him from hundreds of distances thanks to his superior eyes. Therefore, he was able to make some detailed observations about the gigantic snake's body structure and attacks.
In total, the Hellfire Nightmare Serpent was more than a hundred meters long, with a width of just over five meters. Its eyes shone like a diamond made of fire.
This creature had easily killed many creatures during his observations.
He was the king of this region!
It was almost of comparable power to a Level 3 Ainsar. When this snake attacked, its scales turned into a hot iron and could be thrown into the environment at its will. These hot iron-like scales quickly destroyed its enemy's defenses.
Another attack he observed was a type of attack with the tongue of this giant snake. Its tongue stretched out like a whip and could engulf its enemies, burning them, or split them in two in a single move.
If Heinald hadn't filled up with Blood Nightmare Shield's energy, he would have been quite nervous when facing this snake.
However, his Protective Type Magical Treasure would be a huge assurance to him in this battle, that was for sure. Since obtaining this magical treasure, he felt much safer in his battles.
After Heinald observed it, he spent the next few days planning an attack. If he didn't make a good attack plan, he thought he wouldn't be able to defeat it.
