Heinald's next task was to listen to Count Vaarsen's problem and try to find a solution for him. However, there were some things he wanted to do at the academy before going to his mansion. He was contemplating a new potion formula in his spare time. This potion formula would be one that would increase the Ice Element Effect. However, it would not make this potion with a Magical Beast spirit.
